This engine features 12-volt electric start, rewind back-up start, and a dual circuit alternator that has an output of 3-Amps DC and 14 volts AC. The exhaust manifold and muffler are included but fuel tank is omitted. For use on rear engine riders with need for rewind back-up start, and trail mowers. Emission compliant for sale in all 50-states.
